Who wrote the "vengence is mine" note? Who wrote "killer" on the door? Who surprised the woman who tended bar and she said to him/her, "just leave me alone"? The answers to my questions were not obvious in the episode. -

It was the artist, Ezra Farmington. He was the father of Stepha's baby. Stepha knew the baby had Huntington's disease, so she abandoned it at the old haunted abbey, where it died of exposure.
