Why don't they choose REAL gay actors?

First of all, to make things clear, I'm straight and proud of being so
but I respect other people
So are you not tired of watching films in which straight guys "ape" gays?
"In & Out", "Brokeback Mountain", this one

Then, I assume, you did NOT see the movies you just mentioned? I didn't like either of those movies at all, but they were definitely not hewn from the Will and Grace mold.

Sure I did! In special way, "In & out", moralistic message apart, makes laugh and that's ok to me! But why don't they represent gays as normal people?

But the movies you mentioned
do
, more than a lot of gay-themed movies, represent gays as "normal" people. If Kevin Kline was so
gay
, then why didn't anybody in his family or social circle know about it until it was announced on television?
And as much as I dislike Brokeback, the characters in that movie were shown to be emotionally complex, flawed individuals, not shrieking stereotypes.
If you mean that homosexuals are rarely portrayed as people for whom sexuality is secondary to their actual personalities, I would argue that A) most people in most movies are portrayed as dominated by their own sex drives and B) both of these movies are
about
homosexuality. Sexuality is the driving force of the narratives because the stories are about men who are grappling with their own sexual hangups.
I'm not defending either of the films, just trying to understand exactly where you're coming from

Of course you get the best actors for the role. You can be gay and play heterosexual.
However there does see to be bias from casting agents. There is a famous story in the UK, where Brit/American actor John Barrowman (openly7 gay) auditioned for the lead role in Will & Grace and got turned down as he apparently looked too straight!
