I have never had any problems with transsexuals.
I don't know that I run into them very much. I sort of suspect that I run into some, who are very good at their change, and that I wouldn't notice in a casual environment like a grocery store line. Sort of like the transvestite, who fools Crocodile Dundee.
You must spend a lot of time in the city or something.

It is fair to note that in your illustration that besides comparing a woman to a Trans, you are also comparing different body types: a plump woman and a low body fat Trans.
There are women who have low body fat: anorexic women and women into fitness. A women into body building might strive to get abs like that.
A better comparison might be between an anorexic woman into fitness and the Trans above.
