Starz? I'm pretty impressed with this show.

This is the first series of original Starz programming that I've watched. I know they have others and now I need to check into them. I like this Adam Scott guy a lot better on Parks and Rec with Amy Poehler but Party Down is still a solidly funny show. Are we having fun yet?!

This is the only Starz show worth owning.
It was only so good because Starz basically had nothing to do with its conception, they were shopping it around different networks and Starz was the only one that picked it up.
They basically shot it out of a back of a van on a threadbare budget. Most of the awesome cameos were from the main actors calling it favors from their other actor buddies.
When Starz was jerking them around on whether or not they would do a 3rd season, Adam Scott got the offer for Parks and Rec so he took it because no one knew if Party Down would be back for a third season.
