It hasn't been streamable for some time - but it's available on disk on Netflix.

Sadly, Netflix's deal with Starz ended and they couldn't negotiate a new one.
The deals and rights management between the studios, cable channels, DVD release channels, and streaming companies is a huge complicated mess. Maybe it will all get resolved at some point, but for the moment there is a lot of this kind of thing, programming that is available at one time through a certain outlet, then not available through them in the future.

It is now avaliable to stream on Stan in Australia. Stan is one of the three streaming servies we have along with Netflix & Presto.
