What if an actor dies. Actors get old and look weird. WHY can’t networks produce shows in a timely manner

If they're following the book then there's a lot more dragon battles in the second half of the series. All that CGI takes time.
At least Slow Horses is still putting out two seasons a year, despite the name. -

Surely they know it’s a risk, turning out an entire filler series (s2) and waiting years before 3.
I’m a huge got fan, and I’ve about lost interest. What will happen with their casual fanbase?
The one benefit I can see aside from higher quality bigger budget is less viewer fatigue. Witb Star Wars, new things come out all the time and now, nobody cares. Maybe this works to HBO’s advantage with HotD

Season 2 I'm willing to give them a pass on. When writers go on strike it ****s up a lot of shows after they rush the scripts to make up for lost time. 3 and 4 there's no excuses left
since it should just be lots of death and dragon fights. -

Its kinda ****ed up that these writers are on strike, I mean who tf is giving the person who wrote Rings of Power a pay RISE??
In my world, you dont get rewarded for butchering beloved IPs. Fuck them , I hope they stay on strike, may actually get some good TV shows again. -
️ that
