I thought we could have done with more of her in the movie Donna.
She, Gary (The little guy) and Zazie Beetz were the best things in the movie.
I mean Brendan Gleeson and Catherine Keener were as expected and spot on, Joaquin is a champ as always but the story was lacking and the little parts picked up the most weight.
I was let down, but I didn't like the first one either and so no love lost at my end

The movie was supposed to be about the rise of Joker. It wasn't supposed to be about the rise of Lady Gaga. She's just trying to get her own movie made playing the role of Harley Quinn.
Harley Quinn was never a huge part of The Joker in the comic book series as far as I can tell. -

Harley Quinn didn't appear until 1993 and while a big hit has been completely changed since 'Mad Love' and isn't the same character which original fans took to in the way they did.
That's not to say the character can't progress, just that she isn't at the origins of the Joker in common storytelling up till now
