It's amazing how quick she turned on Kate. She assumed she was drinking and reserved a place for her at a rehab center, I would have told her to get out of my house.

Me too. Not only was she completely over the line but she was obviously a horrible therapist! Not only towards Kate but also how she got conned so easily by the orphan! Didn't she actually say there was nothing wrong with her?! Such a hasty (and TERRIBLE) diagnosis! Kate should sue her.
"I'll shoot you. Really, I will. I have a gun and everything."

Yeah she should sue, she was taking the side of a manipulative girl she didn't know over her patient.
