why Jess go again to triangle?

As far as I understand the Jess that goes to the triangle ship is the same as in the end of the movie.
Site why she went there in the end of movie (and maybe in the start) if she already knew that they will go again in the mystic ship??

Actually it is the same Jess. They are all quite literally the same Jess just in different portions of an overlapping loop. She gets a new jacket/cardigan at the house, which is why she has it on the Aeolus later on.
