The movie is one time loop i get that but one thing i didnt understand is how did Jess first get on the ship before everyone else. As the yacht is overturned and the ship shows up the crew see someone on the ship which we are lead to believe is Jess from another loop. But my question is how did the veey first Jess get on the ship for them all to see. Even if it was one from another loop. The very first Jess wouldnt have been on the ship. So who did they see if it wasnt Jess.

Think about the nature of a loop. The first group of people, including Jess, saw the last Jess that leaves the ship. All loops blend back into their own beginning, and even casually influence it.
