    Saw this movie for the second time in years, and even knowing how it ends before hand, I still wasn't prepared for the abysmal stab in the back from happy ending Hollywood. I've never seen a worse ending to an otherwise amazing film.

      It was missing a nuclear detonation, since he didn't protect the tunnels, put safeguards in place, protect the bomb, etc. Once he died and his objective remained (somewhat) questionable..:)

          Everything about it sucks, not just the ending. About half way through, I realised it was a comedy. 21st century Hollywood at its very worst. The director was a nobody, and so Gerard Butler and Jamie Foxx seemed at home. The person who should be the most ashamed of appearing in this absurd drivel is Viola Davis, who was superb in 'Doubt' with Meryl Streep.
