Was the guy at the beginning giving Marybeth his bottle of piss? I don't think she drank it - she kept lifting it to her mouth and then dropping it to talk. It didn't look yellow either but that was the same bottle he drank from in the first movie.

It certainly looked a bit yellow to me. I love how they kept letting it get close to her mouth, but she never quite drank from it.
