I am sure that this is true. But, this isn't because of race, specifically, it is because of class. Generally, black people are poor and white people are richer. So, white people get the good jobs and they can hire the better lawyers.

That certainly sucks. Unfortunately, the police go fishing where the fish are. If they pulled over a month's worth of black people and never found any guns or drugs, they'd stop wasting their time and go after white college boys instead. But, apparently they do keep finding drugs and guns and people with warrants.
They don't go after white students because they are told to leave the future leaders of America alone. It's political. There is crime in the black community but there is also crime in the white community. Lot's of illegal drug use. Higher percentages than blacks.
There are plenty of fish to be caught in white dominated schools and streets. Why are we not seeing these kids who rioted after a college football game who caused $5 millionin damages on one night of rioting, "animals"? They were behaving WORSE than people dragging food and hair care products out of local stores in Ferguson. Those were poor people grabbing supplies. The white kids were destroying property for no reason of survival. That is what animals do.
Why are you so eager to see the racial discrimination continue?

It's always been about class. In medieval days, the kings treated the merchants badly and the merchants treated the slaves badly. And they were usually all the same race.

They should spend the amount of time equal to where the crimes are occurring. So yes, they should ramp up their investigations against college dorms, frat houses and white communities where the marijuana, heroin, unlicensed guns ownership and prostitution is certainly taking place.
The cops in Ferguson, St Louis County, Vinata Park, St John, etc. are using these busts, fines and penalties against black communities as 25 to 35% of their cities income. The white and richer areas would bring more lucrative income for the municipal government. Another Ferguson unrest is waiting to happen. Ferguson's abuse of the poor blacks with an average of 3 warrants per household was the fuel for that powederkeg. Jennings is second to Ferguson in the number of warrants and there must be other municipalities across the nation with similar warrant levels and simmering anger.
It's NOT just about class. Race is playing a definitive role in who the cops focus on for stops, frisks, and ticketing along with who they turn to for suspects in unsolved crimes.

Whoa. If you look at this country's crime statistics and conclude that the most crime occurs in frat houses, you have really gone off the deep end on insanity. Granted, many frat houses are the site of minor, nuisance tickets such as underage drinking, pot possession, and loud parties.
But, the vast majority of serious crimes, such as assault, murder, rape, and robbery, takes place in lower class neighborhoods white, black, or Hispanic.
And, agreeing with your first statement, that's exactly where the police spend most of their time.

I seriously doubt that families that live in rich communities (white, black, or Hispanic) have 3 warrants per household.
The obviously conclusion is that more crime takes place in poorer neighborhoods (white, black, or Hispanic).

Only to the extent that blacks and Hispanics are more likely to be in the class of poor people where crime is common. The cops aren't targeting blacks because they don't like them, but because the chances of finding a crime are far greater than when stopping white people.
You don't go hunting for polar bears in the desert.

Its true that white people also commit crimes where I live most gangs are white but I think you missed the other guys point this is set in london the gangs in london are like 95% black yet in all london movies the 'gangsters' are white.
So yes white people do commit crimes but this isn't set in a majority white place like Scotland or Northern england so it's kinda racist for the majority of the gang to be white in films set in london.
