Any NEW shows on TV that can keep up with WC? I really liked the mix of creativity, suspense, high-quality acting Someone said "breath of fresh air", yep that nails it
I recently started to watch Quantico, seems promising but goes down soon after the start, same obviously goes for Limitless and Blindspot - if the board comments mean anything
I do occasionally watch Suits, decent show but doesn't touch me as much as WC did
I am not really into Horror, Zombie, SciFi, phantasy stuff, but generally open-minded, so maybe I need to look more into those genres at least to figure out why those are popular as hell at the moment
I did watch TWD a couple of times but didn't get hooked so far, a bit too dark to be entertaining for me. I will watch AHS Hotel just because Matt Bomer is in it and Ryan Murphy directed it (I LOVED Nip/Tuck).
Other shows I liked are Dexter, Blacklist, Life, The Good Wife, House
To sum it up, I enjoy a good story, I appreciate high quality acting, I like a combination of lightness and charm with suspense
So - any suggestions?

White Collar is probably one of my favorite shows of ALL time! This show has something for everyone. It has the perfect balance of comedy & drama. Not being too heavy or light, and the most handsome leading man I ever seen in any show or anything for that matter, period!
Myself, I love a lot of old shows from the 1960's & 1970's. Right now I am watching AHS Hotel, The Affair, Law & Order SUV, Castle, Rizzoli & Isles and Breaking Bad.
I like these shows but they don't have the magic like WC. Plus, its one of the best filmed shows. NYC never looked so good! It makes me want to go back NYC (Manhattan)! The scenery and architecture are simply gorgeous! It would've been fun to run into Neal, Peter and Mozzie walking the streets of NYC!
One show I can't wait for the new season is "The Comeback" with Lisa Kudrow. That show is hilarious! It's on HBOcheck it out. I like a good mockumentary! -

Thanks! I will :-).
And I agree 100% on that:

Thanks - I know both, castle was great in the first couple of seasons, then I gradually lost interest. Might give blue bloods a second chance. Missed "the special something" in that one so far, but to be fair I have only watched three or four eps

I have the same opinion on Quantico, Limitless and Blindspot.
So, tips to watch? Mad Dogs (US) from Amazon Prime. I liked it, bit crazy, but I like it. The Blacklist, but you probably are following that already. The new Showtime series Billions looks promising, although I've only seen the pilot so far. I plan on starting to watch Colony, also from USA Network. The new Fargo season was very good. I still have to see the 2nd season of True Detective. The Man In The High Castle is pretty awesome as well. I've also seen Narcos lately and loved it.
Maybe not shows you are exactly looking for, but I hope this little list at least gives you something to do.

Hey, cool, a follow up! Thanks

Yep, I am watching Blacklist Not as crazy about it as I used to be in S1, but it's still a good show. I also opened up my mind and tried some series in the SciFi / horror genre. I watched Jessica Jones, really liked it, hope there'll be more. I watched AHS Hotel bc of Matt Bomer, but this freaked me out at times (although I think it's high quality and very layered and setting/acting are good/appropriate). I truly enjoyed S1 of iZombie, not 100% sure where it will go in S2, but will stay tuned for now. And I also got into Supernatural- surprised by how much I actually like it. Will definitely keep watching.
Colony is on my list, Fargo as well. Man in the High Castle - the Amazon series get very good reviews and this is the umpteenth time I get this recommended, so I should give it a shot. I did watch both seasons of True detective- I liked both seasons, but they are very different. Plot is kind of confusing in s2, but if you pay attention, you get it.
Never heard of Billions, will check it out!

If you don't mind "old/finished" TV shows, I could also recommend Veronica Mars.
It's only 3 seasons and a movie(who was shot years later for the fans), but it pretty much has what you ask for. Comedy, Drama and suspense. Both comedy and drama are very balanced, though sometimes it has a darker tone, but there is always something light hearted around the corner. Think of Veronica Mars as "Columbo/Monk" style thing but in modern times with young people xD
Which brings me to Monk. If you like House, you might like Monk as well. It's a "COTW" type crime show, but with a lot of the characteristics of House, meaning one "socially awkward" guy is the lead and he has very few people around him that get along with his quirks and behaviour, but he is one of the best in his field. -

Thanks!!
VM is on my list, I have watched it occasionally when it aired.
Monk - I think I watched most of the first season, then it started to bore me and it was a tad too much hullabaloo-ish, jmo of course! Maybe I'll give it another chance though :).

If you didn't care much for Monk you probably won't like psych but I loved that show it used to play around the same time WC aired on USA. You might not like it because it had a lot of "hullabaloo" but it was meant to have it. If you have not you should check it out and see if its something you might like.

It's not a new show, but you might like
Remington Steele
. The premise of the show is that a female private detective named Laura Holt can't get any clients because she's a woman, so she invents a fictitious male boss named Remington Steele. When she catches a charming thief, she winds up having to get him to masquerade as Steele to help her out of a predicament, and the masquerade becomes a permanent arrangement. It's very humorous, but also often suspenseful. In some ways, it was like a prototype for
White Collar
, and Pierce Brosnan's Remington Steele was the Neal Caffrey of his day. -

I started watching Chuck for Matt (Bryce Larkin) as I was really missing seeing him after WC ended.
It's a great series, Zac Levi, Yvonne Strahowski are great in it. It has the general light, fun vibe of WC with good mystery and great moments. The supporting cast is just as good. -

Great minds think alike
Btw did you watch the entire series, Chuck? I kinda lost interest somewhere along the way. After Chuck & Sarah got married I think. I do want to go back and finish tho.

Lol great minds do think alike
And yeah I watched the whole show a while ago over the course of like a week or two so it's kind of a blur but I remember it being good, although I'm pretty sure I didn't love the ending, it wasn't a bad ending (no spoilers) I personally just wasn't a fan.
I heard it's not on Netflix anymore though so that sucks, but maybe it's just not on Canadian Netflix anymore.
