I just skim-read this thread but I was a fan of Chuck, and Psych, which are both kind of similar.

I started watching Chuck for Matt (Bryce Larkin) as I was really missing seeing him after WC ended.
It's a great series, Zac Levi, Yvonne Strahowski are great in it. It has the general light, fun vibe of WC with good mystery and great moments. The supporting cast is just as good.

          Great minds think alike
Btw did you watch the entire series, Chuck? I kinda lost interest somewhere along the way. After Chuck & Sarah got married I think. I do want to go back and finish tho.

Lol great minds do think alike
And yeah I watched the whole show a while ago over the course of like a week or two so it's kind of a blur but I remember it being good, although I'm pretty sure I didn't love the ending, it wasn't a bad ending (no spoilers) I personally just wasn't a fan.
I heard it's not on Netflix anymore though so that sucks, but maybe it's just not on Canadian Netflix anymore.

I recommend Psych, Monk, and Castle. They all have lovable main casts and stories that have a good mix of comedy and drama.

Da Vinci's Demons is great, though it's a shame there probably won't be a season 4.

I recently watched Psycha bs really enjoyed it. Was more comedic and lighther than Whie Collar, but the I highly recommend if you liked WC. Along with others, I also recommend Chuch. I stuck through where others may have lost interest but overall a great series

you may like Burn Notice, that is my all time favorite show, i watched Whited Collar after BN.
i loved both shows, and found a lot of similarities between them, drama and comedy.
                            you may like it.

So others have mentioned Person of Interest and Burn Notice, I'd add Psych, Justified, and Mad Men to the list of shows you should check out.

Previous posters have mentioned stuff like Castle Prison break etc. Strongly recommend you watch The Mentalist. Patrick Jane has a few glimpses of Caffrey and I think you might enjoy it

try Burn Notice. and Chuck. i loved both of those, and it may be the exact thing for you.
they are witty, funny, serious, explosions
and Bruce Campbell (in Burn Notice) and Adam Baldwin (in Chuck, no relation to Alec)
these i think are the closest thing to White Collar for what you want.

Definitely Quantico and Designated Survivor. Both are incredible. White Collar is still my favorite show of all time.
