Good authority that it's awful!

Funny, I saw it recently and I laughed my ass off. Maybe the humour just doesn't translate to muppetese?
Personally, I'm having a hard time weighing up whether this or Shaun of the Dead is the greatest zombie film in recent times. I'm leaning towards this on account of the
goddamn ZIMMER chase
or how about
heavily armed grannies
or the moment I nearly choked as the
Grandstand theme kicked in for the arrival of the big red bus
. Not to mention that most of the cast is a deadpan snarker and quite trope-aware. Even the cute girl
knows what you're supposed to do with a zombie
, and the
billboard that the zombie baby crashes into- flippin' priceless.
And you say it was awful?
- flippin' priceless.

This thread is FULL of competitive trolls.
I saw this last night and thought it was hilarious! Smart, funny and fun.
Congrats to all involved. Confirming to me again that the best movies I've seen in the past couple of years have all come out of the UK. -

I enjoyed this flick as well, it was fun. Only gripe is the softair gun CG effects, that blew. I understand that you need a bigger budget to have the real thing especially with the restrictions on firearms in England. The cast did a very good job despite this.

Is one a troll because they don't like the movie? I'm about halfway through and it isn't holding my attention strongly enough to keep me off of IMDb, so if I'm going to take a side, it's going to be that of the OP, troll or no.
Boo hoo hoo, there's girls on my show. I'm taking my balls and going home. -

I saw it tonight, and while it was a decent entertainer, with some laughs and lots of gross out scenes, I found myself feeling bored. I admit it's a very serviceable horror/comedy, BUT that's faint praise ain't it? IMO, It didn't aim very high. It's very predictable, doesn't have much subtext, and the characters were simply a collection of stereotypes played for laughs. Badass Grandpa, crazy black guy, tough chick, all of a sudden expert with guns granny, stupid fat guy, etc.
I liked Warm Bodies more in terms of zombie stuff, it had more interesting stuff going on than the usual DESTROY monsters plot. -

Sorry but you are 1) a fool as you have not seen it and 2) as it is actually quite good i.e. an easy 6. You are plain wrong and it seems the imdb agrees with me

ps if u have not seen it and like zombies or guy ritchie or both then u will like or love this ;>

Agreed. The box says it's a cross between Shaun of the Dead and Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, and that's just about exactly right. Not quite as funny or good, but hardly awful.
Here's to the health of Cardinal Puff. -

You're a moron. Posting here that a film is no good on the basis of someone else's opinion is totally ludicrous.
Grow up, get a life.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings.
