New Alien TV series will be class warfare with xenomorphs

There's a Vanity Fair article about but it's
behind a paywall and so here's an archive of it
Essentially there will still be scares and humour but the framework it will be set within is social class and economics, much like the first 4 movies of the franchise focused on: Alien = blue collar space truckers, Aliens = grunts sent to die, Alien³ = prisoners and Alien Resurrection = criminals and the kidnapped.
The overarching theme seemingly being that the Weylan-Yutani corporation/Company/Whatever is was in A:R are the enemy and the xenomorphs are liberating us from their oppression by doing what they do.
Grand ideas indeed which may be a lot of fun to explore through Noah Hawley's writing.
Shooting apparently starts next Spring and so it will be a while before we can crack open an Aspen and enjoy watching it on our screens

The Alien movies are rated R for violence.
Stuff they couldn't show on TV back then.
So are they now going to show now what they couldn't back then?
How gory will it get or will it have to be tamed for TV if this is on network? -

The franchise is now owned by Disney and so its not being on Disney+ but rather on FX means it is at least more adult than any of the Marvel stuff. More akin to adult viewing like Taboo or Sons of Anarchy.
American Horror Story is on FX, as is Fargo (Which Noah Hawley wrote), which can go pretty out there with its plot and visuals and so I don't think that they will be holding back on either

Noah Hawley is indeed a stellar story writer and morphs tragedy and comedy together very well and can tell tales on various levels for a wider audience to appreciate.
I'm looking for some pew-pew action, head scratching and some sardonic naval gazing regarding chest busters
I'm hoping that it's a helluva ride but will keep my anticipation levels low so as to not be let down if it gets hijacked by studio lackeys and their lack of nuance with their agendas.

This is going to suck if they are heavy handed with the social messages.
There was just enough in the first films so that you get it, but it's not preachy.
I will be extremely surprised if they can resist the preachy woke approach.
