I appreciate this honest attitude so much more than faux victimhood!

Yeah, I'm mestizo. I do look pretty white, but the weird blood disease has negated any benefit that might provide. Alas
And again, yes, but I don't think most of that is on a conscious level, is my point. I'm not saying the specifically defined system that is "white men" is not oppressive, I'm saying "oppression" is one model for defining/contextualizing it (as would be "tradition", or babbling about redpill ****, or "decency", or whatever BS concepts the humans choose in that moment). The oppressor is rarely thinking, "I am oppressing this person"; the nature of the battle is they are simply disregarding the oppressed. To be spoken to so bluntly by those you disregard is an ego blow.
I'm not trying to justify anything, just mental meanderings of trying to get inside other peoples'heads… you know, fun. What i think to be at the root of that mindset, in my investigations, ya know? -

lol. this is one of the greatest GOP fundraising cons ever created. yes, some college hired a "minority" over a white male, but that doesnt mean the latter was better. i have been a linguistic minority in foreign contries where i worked, so i was small "o" oppressed due to insurmountable barriers, but that was my chooising. i've also been an ethnic minority in the same situation, again, my choice.
we need an identity-less system for jobs and college.
for college, GPA and test scores. that's it. no name, no family history, none of these "personal statements" and all this other baggage-smuggling ploys. I wonder what the true racial/ethnic/sex breakdown would be for those accepted?
same for jobs: GPA plus experience+ any employer mandated testing. let all interviews be conducted via email so no peeking behind the curtain as to who is who.
