Both. I enjoyed them both equally.
Though, they could easily split into three films.
I hope a bear throw a book at you, moon at you, and do a tap dance wearing a thong and leather boots.

Chapter Two rocked for me, Chapter One was ok, but not as awesome.
The grown up characters gave Two more punch.
