Do you guys think they IT could take the form of Bill Skarsgard without makeup? Like, when trying to lure some chick or something IT could be Bill Lsarsgard. Obviously not actually Bill, just bill without Pennywise makeup playing a character.?

They might show him without makeup during the scene where
Mike shows them the scrapbook with photos depicting him in earlier time periods.
