Great that you enjoyed it so much. I wonder if any more naysayers are going to change their mind. Obviously some people will hate it that's inevitable.
Be very interesting if in a couple of years people will look back and say "isn't it amazing that people ever doubted that film?" -

Trapped, I would be interested to know what your top 5 favorite movies are. I guess what I'm looking for is a baseline from which you judge movies. Obviously everyone is different. There are movies that other people love, that I hate and vise versa. But I'm stoked that you loved this one and I hope that I do too!

Okay top 5 for horror again these are just films I've seen 1. The exorcist due to the sfx available at the time and the overall film it's my favorite, 2. A nightmare on elm street the original 1st one with johnny depp
3. Jeepers creepers this one mainly for the original concept but the acting could have been better
4. A haunting in Connecticut it was a standard paranormal but it made me jolt at a couple scenes and I sometimes still second guess what I'm seeing from that film sometimes lol
5. IT 2017 brilliantly followed the book skargrd does his own fresh take and doesn't try to emulate Tim curry and the little sfx there was were phenomenal -

trapped -I've asked before and I don't mean to be repetitive- but how was IT in regards of horror / violence / disturbing concepts? No, I'm not talking about anything sexual.

! That is the best news I've been given for ages! I am a King film fan, and I am also a horror hound, and that answers all of my major questions. Plus I know Barbara Muscietti stated there "will" be a longer cut on dvd / blu ray. Now I'm super pumped. Cheers.- Grab yourself a cold one.

Got it, thanks man. You're a lucky dude. Would kill to know SO much about this but at the same time don't. I, like all of us on this board, just want it to be good. There's so many problems with horror movies today. The acting, story, jump scares, and cringe worthy CGI. Rinse, repeat. None of it is memorable and most are made cheap with no purpose but to make a profit. They don't make them like they used to. Give me a good story, with memorable characters, tension, atmosphere and images that will haunt you. Take the time to actually make something that WILL be remembered. The original is still my favorite horror movie of all time along with Jeepers Creepers. Thanks again for the email
