It just doesn't flow and it didn't feel like a three act structure either. Also no climax, it just continues to push the story forward as much as it can before petering out. In all honesty it could have ended within an hour as once Bryan escapes no one really does anything. He just kinda strolls back effortlessly to his ex wife and beats people up. She didn't seem like she was in danger I can tell you. That's what happens when you try and have the main plot involving Bryan being taken, it goes nowhere except where the original movie already covered.

Agree, also felt like everything about the plot and story just seem to fall far to neatly into place.. ie when retracing the steps to the hide out and the same old man just happens to still be playing his violin, his daughter is able to drive a car in extreme conditions before she has passed her test etc. and as you said the ending just seems to fizzle out with no real major conclusion.
Clearly a case of a very basic plot that is only something like 20 minutes of screen time that is majorly padded out to get as close to the two hours as possible. -

Yep, this wasn't a normal mocie. Probably one of the most abnormal mocie's out of all the mocie's that exist. Mocie!!!!
RT: I detest the idea that things that aren't traditional are automatically bad. 3 act structure, pfft, disgusting.
Anyway, mocie.
