I have a hard time taking George's character seriously with that stupid hair. Widows Peak Mohawk is not a good look. It makes me hate his ultra flared nostrils even more. UUUGG

It isn't the haircut itself that distracts me. Its the fact that he is way too old to be rocking it. That haircut wouldn't look as out of place on a 23-year old.

I too am not a fan of this haircut I am not sure I agree that he's too old for the haircut I have not seen any younger actors with it to judge But maybe I am too old to be "hip" with it Will still watch George Rares even with bad hair Lol

I've previously compared this Jack Dalton to Danny Williams on Hawaii Five-O (another CBS sister show and ironically the person who MacGyver called at the end of this episode).
But I like Jack's hair a LOT BETTER than I like Danny's hair. The Fauxhawk is fun and I think he does a pretty decent job rocking it. Danno, on the other hand.
his hair just looks stupid.
Also, to be fair, it's only been mohawk-ish in the last episode or so. In the beginning of the season it was just a standard almost-buzz-cut. So the current style may not last. (I do sometimes wish Mac would get his hair trimmed in front. It gets a little distracting now & then.)

Its funny you mention it because personality I wise, this version of Jack Dalton and Danny on Hawaii 5-0 are basically the exact same character. They are the wise-cracking, comic relief, immature, middle-aged sidekick partner who are sort of sex crazed.
I can totally buy Jack and Denny being old buddies so the upcoming crossover makes sense.

Haha, yeah, I've said the same thing Jack & Danny sort of look alike (dark blondish hair, although Dalton's isn't greased up) and they have the same mannerisms & personality. On one of the threads I wondered if they'd share a scene in the crossover, because since they're basically the same person.

Oh they are most definitely going to have plenty of scenes in the crossover. I don't watch Hawaii 5-0 much anymore but I'll catch fhwf episode for sure.

Love Jack's Hair. I think he looks radical. Like a WWE Heel. Is that handsome? haha I don't know. But it's definitely somebody you want at a party.
