Rushed scenes make me nuts.

This show always has MacGyver celebrating the success of something having only just completed his trick. He taps a tree and three seconds later hands off the cup to be drunk when there's like a fraction of an ounce of liquid in there. Tadah! He builds and a fire and asks "better?" when it's only just lit and she wouldn't even feel the heat yet. Tadah! No nothing's better. Get back to me in five minutes and i'll give you an update. This show's been doing that since day one. Like, they're walking with the injured woman on the crutch and are all, "let's stop and take a break, let you recover your strength." Literally five seconds later they're marching again. What? Nothing ever has time to play out.

They only have 42 to 44 minutes to give the
ENTIRE
storyline not 24 hours or longer! They aren't doing anything different than every other show on television. Ever hear of "the CSI effect"? You are supposed to use your brain and assume that there was a passage of time.
