I prefer men with dark hair as well. This actor is naturally dark haired, I guess they dyed it for this role for whatever reason. He was in the Avengers, Thor, with his natural dark hair and I never found him attractive. Then I saw him in this and thought he was better looking. Rumor has it (take with a grain of salt) he is a bit of a fame whore, which is why he went for Swift so publicly. Wish I hadn't heard that about him, for some reasons that bugs me.

Actually, it's quite the opposite. Tom has naturally curly blond hair (sometimes appears reddish-blond). He dyed and straightened his hair to play Loki. Here's a picture from his pre-Loki days.

Regarding him being a "fame whore" (Gosh I hate that term! What does that make us consumers, fame-johns?) that's simply the opinion of people who probably know nothing about him personally. Besides, if you're any kind of entertainer fame is not a bad thing. Your livelihood depends on it.
Secondly, I put more stock in the opinion of people who do know him, either personally or professionally, who consistently describe him as being intelligent, hard working, sweet tempered, kind hearted and charitable. A straight up gentleman. -

But his speech at the Golden Globes award ( and other TV talk show appearances) indicate he is well & truly a "fame whore" or at the very least a shameless self promoter ! Plenty of " Gosh how wonderful am I ! " diatribes at every opportunity.

He has too passive of an appearance to be a good Bond - even less than Brosnan. Bond needs an animalistic quality these days, which isn't what he's about. He has other good qualities, however, just not a good match for Bond.

Daniel Craig, for example, looks like a Russian to me. Too brutish.
I prefer the refined English gentleman
But then again, I don't really like Bond movies, so I don't really care.
Might watch it if they make the tall black guy Bond - Idris Ebba or something? He'd be perfect (apart from the fact that he's not white, which for a lot of people disqualifies him, I"m sure.) -

Hiddleston is cute and a good actor but i find Hugh more attractive he has a more comanding presence. Don't get me wrong i don't want Hugh Laurie for Bond im just saying he is more attractive and intriguing.
