No I understand completely. When you're caught doing something the natural response is to deflect blame by accusing the other guy. Do an insurrection? Just say the other guy is doing one the first time anything remotely similar happens. Are you old, obese, and not all there mentally? Tell everybody the other guy has dementia instead. Taking bribes from all sorts of foreigners and creating a huge national security risk? Obsess over some other guy's laptop instead. All quite predictable.
