The only one I can think of is:
"Columbo Goes to College" from 1989.
The rest appear to be junk.

Murder With Too Many Notes (2001)
is an odd one. It's not junk, but it's not good.
The murder plot is marginally better than
Murder, a Self Portrait (1989)
but it's about equal parts chemistry between the lead and Columbo.
Columbo Goes to College (1990)
was when they should have left it, have it pick up with a protege or something…maybe the dog!

It shouldn’t have been brought back.
Columbo was more of a product of the 1970s than anything else.
