If you are rich, famous, elite and white the police will not frisk and cuff you when they arrest you.
No one ever even thinks to kill Clodumbo.
Police in LA don't bother to bring in a suspect for questioning.
They just let their lead detective bother over and over again instead.
It was OK to smoke and walk all over a crime scene to taint it back then.
