I think both game franchises are pretty much as good as each other. Actually, I pretty much see them as part of the same overall franchise.
In fact, why would I wish to do anything except be grateful that all of the games exist?

Much better than gta for me.
I can't wait for either the 2nd one (seriously hurry up) or the xbox one to add it to backwards compatibility games so I can play it again
On a side note I'm surprised the guy who voiced John Marston hasn't done more voice acting. I love his voice -

I'd have to say no. It's a fantastic game and I enjoyed every minute of it, but I like the satire of GTA. It's the humour that keeps me coming back to that. This, while have a fair bit of comedy in it, is a much more serious adaptation. Again, nothing wrong with that, it's just I enjoyed GTA more. ^^

It Had a better-executed More Focused story than any of the GTA games but Lacked the replay Value And maybe it's just that I Have never been a huge on westerns but while the story In Grand Theft Auto IV Was less focused and filled with filler missions I actually Liked it more Niko Was A Better Character than John And I Found His story stuck with me more as did the Overall cast of characters.
And I Have gotten Tons more replay Value From V So while Red dead has a clearly better story I Would take V Overall It just offers Lot More.
So No I Disagree but it is an Absolutely fantastic game Like Pretty Much Every Rockstar game.
