My list would defintely including Fantastic Four (2015) and Batman & Robin. Is it me or do the more recent Superman films (MOS and BvS) seem to have a very split consensus? Meaning some consider them to be among the best superhero films, while others consider them to be the best? There seems to be no in between.

Man of Steel and Batman v Superman are very polarizing movies. There's likely some people who are in the in between, but they're not vocal. They take a very different take on Superman, one of the most iconic superheroes, and people either love the new take or they hate it because they don't recognize this as the Superman they love.

Kind of a similar ball of wax. They basically continued the previous movie series, a lot of people thought it would be better to do a clean reboot, and people weren't impressed with the story or that Superman
has an illegitimate son

At least MOS was a box office success (SR was average for its budget) and has higher audience ratings. Although I still thought SR was decent. I think the vocal backlash against MOS has gotten worse since they made Superman even darker for BvS. I think it was mistake to make Batman such a big part of the sequel. They should have made a solo sequel with perhaps a Batman cameo.

Why? It's their list, their opinion. Iron Man 2 and 3 and Age of Ultron have their problems. They're a bigger problem for some fans than others.

I think Superman 3 is worse than Superman 4 but that's just my opinion. At least Superman 4 focuses more on the title character. Superman 3 is a Richard Pryor comedy that Superman was shoved into at the last minute.
