This is always the mark of posters who have completely jumped the shark and lost their marbles. They see everyone as everyone else. Complete paranoia sets in, and eventually they "realize" their wheelchair-bound mothers are the demon Beelzebub and the homeless man on the next park bench is Balaam.
He is already begging people to dox him, which means he's forgotten his own name.
Could he possibly be a short Mexican (Ramon?), and that episode yesterday was just his buddies trying to get him to the psych ward without triggering him? -
