Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a bad film. I'm supposed to be shaken by the fact that the director thinks it's a great film???? Hopkins and Bates were very good, but I think of those movies more as thrillers than as horror films. Very good thrillers, but only slightly overlapping with true horror.
