Thank you. If it was me saying this same drivel, everyone would say I'm doing mental gymnastics.
It's just odd to tell someone they're like someone you dated after being complimented (note the title. It was me saying she could pass for younger), if you meant to make an unflattering comparison.
I exaggerate in what I think is an obvious way for trolling purposes, but for her to act like I disgust her or something is so dishonest.
