Let's agree to disagree when it comes to music.

Okay. I have two different versions of The Art of Fugue, and I listen to both of them in succession sometimes. One is the standard one by the Berlin Philharmonic, and one is a bizarre but lovely (that word again!) version by a German saxophone quartet.

I won't pretend to be knowledgeable on any of this, I don't know much of what you said there, lol, but I've downloaded quite a bunch of classical music a while back and can sit there and listen to that for hours.

You got that right! You should try the Art of Fugue. Very relaxing. I'd also recommend the Goldberg Variations. You can get both famous recordings of this piece by Glenn Gould (about twenty years apart). They're both awesome.

Nu metal was terrible, but the handful of good ones are really good. SOAD, RATM, and Linkin Park are all classics.
I get the Pearl Jam hate, but I find a lot of their music personal. I actually preder them for their softer folksy stuff. The grungy stuff isn't as good.
Seeing Led Zeppelin just conjures up images of discoubt Walmart graphic tees for me. They're always at the tops of lists, and they're boring.

You neglected to mention Deftones, who aren't only the best nu-metal band but one of the greatest metal bands of all time. RATM weren't nu-metal, they were funk metal, like Primus. Linkin Park lol no, at least Limp Bizkit had Wes Borland.
