A really stupid pro gun argument…

And that pro gun president encouraged his pro gun crowd to storm the Capitol in a coup attempt which thankfully failed.
I know this is just simply trolling by you but can't you see the metaphysical aspect to a troll proper?
It's a real shame, an understandable one though, that someone died as January 6th would have been the height of trolling for all of humanity
But now it's calling it a coup that is the trolling, a real cheap shot against a well polished shield of diamond.

It was all sorts of things.
Coup attempt.
Insurrection.
Riot.
A take over of the electoral process.
Storming the Capitol.
Take your pick.
They all amount to the same thing which was not a picnic or a tourist visit. -

We are splitting hairs here and I wanna get back on topic of gun control and how wrong the gun nuts are with at least one of their arguments. -

I have retired from gun control arguments here, because I find them pointless, both sides are too baked in and there's too much bs floating around on the internet that even semi-literate retards like Soul Venom can latch onto, but your argument would be stronger if you advocated for stricter control and not banning all or most guns. You are playing into their hands with that argument.
Many industrialized countries haven't banned most firearms they just make it take longer and more onerous to get one, which has a remarkable and surprising impact on many violent people, who often clearly have little impulse control in the first place, and/or a history of violence, which prevents them from easily obtaining firearms if you make a clean record a requirement.
The libertarians here still don't like that argument; fair enough.
Anyway, I am leaving it there. -

The Americans here are I dunno about 60% or 70% for limited gun control. Most everyobody else, the foreigners, you could probably flip that to 70% support for the kind of gun control regimes they have in their countries (these are my guesses).

That is applied to the pro gun side because ya all think that guns are not the problem at all and refuse to ever acknowledge that perhaps a particular shooting would not have happened if guns were illegal and banned.
Instead of admitting that truth that guns are a problem causing harm and death there will be arguments of denial in attempts of deflection.
So don't be claiming that those who are on your side of being pro gun is less stubborn than those of us who are anti gun.
Your side is not any better because being anti gun means that we care.
Being pro gun is the same as being pro death by gun.
When one buys guns and ammo they are sending a message of support to the manufacturers to keep on making it so that criminals can keep on using it.
There is just no way to avoid that except to not be buying it in the first place as long as it stays legal. -

Which is why there will be increases of crime and violence which includes mass shootings.
Adding more and more firearms is like fighting a fire with gas.
It just ain't ever going to work to solve any problem.
