I doubt if any politician has a past that would survive really keen scrutiny. So it's likely that Shredder's career was damaged by fabricated narratives. Still, as I said, he should have stayed away from toxic message boards.

It's not entirely clear exactly what was brought forward (I'm assuming the porn tape was a major player), but given what we know about how trolls function, it's likely that it was a largely fictitious smear-campaign. It's a bit worrying that it was used against a Muslim ex-marine in what was probably a very white community. Probably a good deal of racism involved.

There is nothing but speculation there. There is no reason to believe anything was made up about him when his real past would have been sufficient to cause political harm, which it would have done regardless of his race.

Agreed. Doodles is a vile bitch, there's really no debate. Not content with being a loser herself, she tried to destroy the life of someone for committing no crime other than being a meme. Most of us bullied shredder (I mean c'mon the guy's a freak) but none of us would go to the lengths she did.

Yes, that's puzzling. I think he wants to establish that he was slandered, and wants her to admit it in court. Very, very unlikely, of course, especially given they're in different countries and she can simply claim that what she said was true. He needs to let it go, and get on with his life. All that doesn't alter the fact that Doodle behaved like an insane idiot, though.
