How confusing for the waiters at the restaurant!

True. Did you see that video with him and his opponent weeks ago? His opponent was talking about how desperate some Americans are and how much they need help. McConnell laughed the entire time. And he was still re-elected!
He probably saw the body bags and said, "Oh goody, sleeping bags!" Then he called his fellow do-nothing senators and invited them to a sleepover. -

It's a bizarre phenomenon: poor whites support Republican leaders who openly say they will decrease healthcare provisions and lower the taxes on the very wealthy. A book I was reading (Dying of Whiteness) claims that a lot of poor whites would literally rather die than see blacks improve their lot. So guys like McConnell will always be around. They play the race card so well.

It's the most extraordinary development in recent years. You see these grey-haired Republican women, quite respectable-looking, but really racist. They're so afraid of Mexican immigrants and inner-city blacks that they're buying guns, and voting for Trump, who, they imagine, will build a wall for them!

Notice how idiots will always say Republicans have blood on their hands even though they have absolutely nothing to do with it, yet turn around and praise people like Cuomo, Murphy, Newsom, Wolf and Whitmer, the 5 governors who forced Covid infected people back into nursing homes, causing thousands upon thousands of deaths. They are the ones who literally were responsible for deaths, yet leftists give them awards for the job they've done. All of this is political, and leftists never miss an opportunity to make it such.

The US Justice Department is mulling civil rights investigations of four Democrat-run states whose governors forced elder care homes to take in Covid-19 patients,
potentially contributing to thousands of deaths.
The governments of New York, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania have been ordered to turn over Covid-19 data to the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division as the agency weighs whether to pursue the probes, according to a statement released on Wednesday. Investigations would be launched under the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), a law meant to protect the rights of those living in state-run nursing homes.
“The Civil Rights Division seeks to determine if the state orders requiring admission of Covid-19 patients to nursing homes is responsible for the deaths of nursing home residents,” the statement reads,
while acknowledging the requests themselves do not constitute “accusations of fault or wrongdoing
.”
Twitter message: Can you believe this bullshit — DOJ investigating nursing home deaths. Why isn’t Barr looking into the thousands of deaths caused by Trump Admin’s incompetence & withholding of life-saving COVID supplies. This is what a “witch hunt” looks like. How dare they!
So, possibly a couple of thousand deaths. Trump and his buddies are responsible for probably upwards of 200, 000 deaths… -

What part of what I said did you not understand? What you said addresses absolutely nothing of what I said.

I said leftists say Republicans who had nothing to do with it are responsible for the deaths yet turn around and praise leftist governors who are literally responsible. What you said didn't address that at all.

My citation suggests that leftist governors are being blamed by Republicans, but that the question of their culpability is still open, whereas the guilt of Trump and his allies is clear and incontrovertible.

A drop in the water compared to Trump's systematic and irresponsible neglect of basic precautions: a neglect, I might add, that follows inevitable from the incredibly stupid acceptance of free markets and Darwinian theories misunderstood and applied to society.

As I said, this is nothing but politics for you. You are ignoring the facts and just saying Trump. You're partisan hack.

The facts that 5 Democrat governors forced infected patients into nursing homes and leftists celebrate these idiots.
