You're overthinking it. Women menstruating has nothing inherently disgusting about it, and men claiming to find it disgusting simply have not resolved certain Oedipal or other issues. I'm not turned off by menstrual blood at all, because I'm a rational person (tampons are the vampire's teabags, don't you know?). So, leaving aside the notion of inferiority and superiority (most women are, by and large, morally more attractive than most men), it is the sign of patriarchal irrationality to find menstrual blood disgusting.

Meh, bleeding is a sign of injury. Every mother knows that. This stuff is more related to human psychology, not patriarchy per se.
But I didn't mention menstruation specifically. I focused on the smaller female anatomy, pregnancy, child rearing and the male penis as a projectile pee gun and aggressive instrument of insertion. The point is biology and gender binary gives males the ability to dominate. It's not a social invention like class and race.
Interesting point on the vampirism. I was in jail once with a self-proclaimed vampire. They segregate all the homosexuals in separate housing and he was put in with us because he had HIV from drinking women's menstrual blood.

Well,it’s actually the hormone Testosterone that gives the men the ability to led and dominant ,not that sane females can’t be great leaders as they can be more compassionate .There is no denying that men’s testosterone levels are at a record low ,due to diet ,chemicals and lazy sedentary lifestyle and as far as I’m concerned,that is a primary reason why so many teens are gender confused these days ,plus all the brain washing from Lbgtq groups .

I'm fairly sure I could beat you senseless in a fight. I also have a deep, low voice, used to smoke twenty cigarettes a day, still drink excellent Scotch, and have left plenty of women exhausted from vigorous sex. I just happen to be a very intelligent and sensitive man. What can I say?
