I get the impression only severely mentally handicapped people actually buy into this. I mean, even their faces (if you check out Fox News and NewsMax) look horrendously unthinking. If you look hard at Trump, Giuliani, Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell…they look quite insane! You don't even have to hear them speak.

Why would I say that? That would be a horrible misapplication of the phrase and quite clearly shows you have no idea
whatever that means.
