                  I found out from watching 67th Annual Scripps Howard awards last night. So I googled about the investigative report. It wasnt available in print although i found other things related to it.

                      I was looking for that and other explanations but couldnt find it online nor was that information discussed on the awards segment.😞 that was disappointing. I really wanted to know why. It was just the results from the study that was done.
