When people of colour weren’t even considered citizens of the U.S. and we’re not protected under the constitution not even 170 years ago, it takes an evolutionarily period of history to rebound from that catastrophism. It takes generations of people dying off.

You know damn well Blacks are held down and disregarded by white establishment that if there weren't any mandate of any kind for admissions or hiring, most simply wouldn't give them a shot based on the blackness of their name.
Then you try to turn this around claiming those who support a mandate or some kind MUST think they're stupid and helpless, when you know full and well, you know this will hold them back yet try to say a compelling line to make it sound like you're the non-racist one. Nope nice try.
