Citizens are stocking up on TP because if there comes a time that they have to hunker down in their homes, TP is one thing they don't want to run out of. Who wants to have to run to the store during a virus apocalypse? Nobody.

β 6 years ago(March 13, 2020 03:06 PM)Boris Johnson has given us a clear message here in the UK. I shall paraphrase.
" Dear Citizens, many, many people are going to lose loved ones before their time, but there's no way I'm going to do anything about it until it's too late, but please stay home unpaid for 7-14 days if you have a cough" -

Frankly my dear, the Prime Minister is exhibiting the most sterling effort to deal with the most deplorable situation we have dealt with since Hitler. As you know, Iβm not au fait with social media and generally I leave that to nanny. However, I have seen the lefties among you preach Boris went too far, yet others say not enough.
Quite the state of baffling dichotomy with you lot again, isnβt it?
Lord President of the Council, Leader of the House, Chairman of the ERG, MP for North East Somerset and I sit next to Boris at Parliament -
β 6 years ago(March 13, 2020 11:56 PM)You might have to take that up with Boris, although I paraphrased his speech "before their time" was his expression not mine.
I've no idea what he means by that. It's probably a variation of "I'm alright Jack, **** anyone over 60" .
Schrodinger's Cat walks into a bar, and doesn't.
