I don't think they're that picky. I'm not very handsome. I'm kind of a loser, but I've had girlfriends. Not many, but women tolerate a lot.
Men with women problems usually have confidence problems. I've definitely been there. Confidence is attractive to most women and it means you're more willing to keep trying, which helps your chances.
