No. AA served its purpose. The natural evolution of affirmative action policy is the dissolution of systemic discrimination on the basis of race. That includes favorable treatment of minorities; this act is a compliment to blacks and Hispanics rather than an attack against them.
Keep in mind, blacks comprise 13% of the US and as of 2020, make up 12.5% of postsecondary enrollment. That is great progress and a testament to the success of African Americans who took the initiative to go to school. It’s a proportionate and fair percent of enrollees.
Supreme Court made the correct call.
