Just watched it last night, have to agree. Great scenery, solid framing and a nice color palette. I didn't expect such a technically proficient movie tbqh. Nice surprise.

A lot of the film was shot in Co Donegal, which is probably the most beautiful place on god's earth (and is home to the worlds finest lovers 😉 )

The scenery is beautiful - NATURAL scenery, that is. The photography itself falls prey to the teal/orange/faded blue tint trend that is just about everywhere now which I'm sick of.
          Beautiful country, though.

Yeah, I also noticed the teal/orange color grading, but that's how it goes.

Just magnificent at times. It's a pity so much of the action, as it were, happens at night in the dark traditional horror requirement.

My wife and I noted that as well in addition to the fact that these " film commission" movies are nearly always beautiful to view. Seems standard as the "commission" monies don't need to pander to commercial producer's lowest common denominator priorities.

Very good use of the widescreen format and the coastal island scenery was very beautiful indeed.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
