Worst action movie ever?

Is anybody following the action in this movie? There is barely any of it in it. And the action is just ruined by one of the worst camera work I've ever seen. I'm done with these type of crap films.

She apparently had to reshoot all her scenes too. Her initial delivery was with a French accent.

Me too! Such an intriguing premise wasted and it just sat there on the screen before me with no clear vision of its science or what kind of film it wanted to be.
Foster was miscast and Damon was just dull like the film.
