The doctors that were in on the whole thing. Would have been pretty easy for a mob boss to have one captured and brought to you right?

I cant remember it perfect but they let another inmate attack her so when she defended herself they twisted it from self defence to attacking other inmates.
well they did not just LET her do it, they pretty much set it up so her only choices were get killed or defend yourself and be branded crazy.
