Well to answer seriously I always just assume that stuff is Oscar/Emmy bait. Any time you take a well known actor and so drastically alter their appearance that they're unrecognizable the performance is seen as elevated. It's cheesy. Are they still filming? Maybe he will drop dead and it will become the greatest performance we've ever seen!
Also why aren't they getting torn apart by the Left for not hiring a real fatty?

I think they have wrapped nao, and Farell hates the make up process so much I doubt he will be signing up for any more seasons unless he gets RDJ money.
