I used to work at a Sam's Club in East Brunswick, New Jersey where people stole all kinds of stuff. We used to find gutted remains of computers in the parking lot all the time, plus folks were always stealing DVDs. Sometimes these thieves were caught on security cameras and arrested, but usually they weren't. Security tends to be extremely lax in retail stores. Moreover, employees in retail are afraid to do anything about this because they don't want to be hurt or even killed. Dollar Tree stores are held up by robbers all the time because the employees are trained not to intervene and just let the crooks take the money and run. Plus people in retail aren't paid nearly enough money to put their lives at risk and can be subject to severe reprimands from managers including possible termination of employment if they do intervene in a robbery.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
