No, I have to disagree there.
In the 2016, the right wanted Donald Trump but the party didn't (I think that the party wanted Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, or Jeb Bush) but in the end, the right got who they wanted.
When it comes to 2024, I think that DeSantis, Vivek, and anybody else that is running (or will run) for the 2024 Republican Presidential Nomination all have absolutely zero chance of beating Trump for the Nomination. As I said before, I think that that race is already over. I would honestly be surprised if Trump actually lost more than 2 of the 2024 Republican Presidential Primaries. -

Just look at all of the Polls for the 2024 Republican Presidential Nomination and look at how BIG of a lead that Donald Trump has in them. There is no way, no chance anyone is beating him for the Republican Nomination. I will be very surprised if someone actually did beat him and won the Nomination.
